A. Yes! We work with many gem dealers and source stones directly from the mines. Finding you the perfect stone is our mission. Please email us for a free consultation. 

 Q. Do you create custom jewelry?

 A. Yes, custom jewelry takes 4-6 weeks and involves a free consultation and renderings for approval. Custom jewelry for weddings takes a minimum of 6-8 weeks. 

 Q. Do you have stones I can choose from for my custom piece of jewelry?

A. We have a large inventory of gemstones, from Quartz to Diamonds. We are happy to send photos and help you select the perfect piece based on your preferences. 

 Q. C size rings from your site if my size is unavailable?

 A. Depending on the ring, yes. 

 Q. How should I take care of my silver piece?

 A. Sterling silver tarnishes over time, especially when exposed to salt air and sulfur products, such as rubber bands and some papers. Using a jewelry cloth, rub your piece gently until it comes off. 

  Q. Do you offer engraving?

A. Yes, block, script, old English, and laser engraving. 

 Q. I just got my ring, but it doesn't fit! What do I do?

A. Getting the right size on the first try can be challenging. Rooney Hardwick Jewelry offers one complimentary ring resizing within one whole size (for example, we will size from size 4 to size 5 free of charge). You pay for the shipping. If you decide that your ring does not fit, please get in touch with us. It will take approximately two weeks to complete the sizing repair. Our resizing policy is valid for 30 days from the date you received your shipment. 

 Q. Can you create a piece using my heirloom gemstone or diamond?

A. Yes, we love repurposing heirloom gemstones and diamonds, as they can carry sentimental value and are an ethical option for your ring.
